Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) and Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, October 18, 2021 online using the Zoom Meeting application. The signing was carried out by the Rector of UMS, Prof. Dr. Sofyan Anief, M.Si and Lt. Kol. Prof. Ts. Dr. Zaliman Sauli, who representatives UniMAP.

The signing of the MoU with the University of Malaysia Perlis, according to Vice Rector 5, Supriyono Ph.D and the Head of Collaboration and International Affairs, Waluyo Ph.D, is a momentum where UMS provides opportunities to expand collaboration in various fields.

“With this MoU, we hope that we can hold collaboration for students and lecturers exchange with the aim of providing international exposure experience for students and lecturers, and can improve the academic and non-academic abilities of students and lecturers,” said Head of Academic Affairs for International Collaboration, Denny Vitasari, Ph.D.
