Surakarta, Indonesia – May 22, 2024 – International Office at Muhammadiyah University Surakarta (UMS) organized a compelling info session event that is called Socialization: ‘Study USA.’ The event was held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, it is aimed to shed light on studying in the United States, featuring a distinguished speaker from the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal.

The event took place in the FEB Seminar Room, located in Building 6, 2nd Floor of the Faculty of Economics and Business UMS. This event could draw a keen audience comprising students and lecturers from Universitas Muhammadiyah. Mr. Iqbal’s presence added a unique perspective, offering firsthand insights into the educational landscape of the United States.

Throughout the event, interactive discussions and Q&A sessions facilitated an engaging exchange of ideas and experiences. Attendees seized the opportunity to inquire about scholarships, visa procedures, applications to universities, and the overall student experience in the U.S.
