Hexacopter Aerobo Lawu Dirga, Flying Robot by UMS Aerobo Team

The students team of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) who joined the Aerobo Team succeeded in making a flying robot work named “Hexacopter Aerobo Lawu Dirga”. The UOB Aerobo Team consists of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering students. Hexacopter Aerobo Lawu Dirga & Prototype Falcon Bird had been included in the 2019 Indonesian Flying Robot Contest (KRTI) competition at Grati Pasuruan Air Force Base, East Java. In the KRTI event held by Kemenristek Dikti in 2019, it was divided into two divisions namely VTOL (Vertical Take Off Landing) and Technology Development division.

The UMS team consists of the VTOL (Vertical Take Off Landing) Division with the team’s name, the AEROBO-Lawu Dirga Team. His team members are Dhanu Wikan Pambudi (Elect. Tech.), Reza Hendi M. (Elect. Tech.), Rifki Yudha P. (Engineering.).

While the Technology Development Division with the team name is AEROBO Risktaker. The team members consisted of Dimas Adi (Mechanical Engineering), R. M. Azhari Bastomi (Electrical Engineering), Hakoko Bahtiar (Electrical Engineering). The team was guided by several lecturers from the Electrical Engineering study program.
